10 night/9 day w/Nakuru/Aberdare Safari
This is a sample of our favorite safari. It is a good place to start and you can add or subtract days or see the add-ons for each park or Nairobi.
You will be picked up at the Nairobi airport and transported to your hotel. Most flights arrive in the evening.
Day 1: Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and transport you to Ashnil tented camp in Samburu National Park. During the journey, your guide will indicate various points of interest. Arrival at the camp is scheduled before lunch. An afternoon game drive is offered, followed by dinner.
Samburu National Park is notable for hosting the endangered Grevy’s Zebra-approximately 2,500 remain in the wild, exclusively in Kenya and Ethiopia. The park also features unique wildlife such as the Gerenuk antelope, Somali Ostrich, Kirk’s Dik-Dik, Guenther’s Dik-Dik, as well as big cats, giraffe and elephants.
Day 2: Early morning coffee or tea precedes a game drive, after which breakfast is served. Free time is available until lunch, or participants may arrange to visit Samburu Village in advance. After lunch, there is time for leisure activities such as swimming or relaxing. The afternoon includes another game drive before dinner.
Day 3: Breakfast is served before departing Samburu National Park for the Ark Lodge in Aberdares National Park, arriving in time for lunch. The afternoon offers free time prior to a game drive, with dinner following.

Aberdares National Park located in Kenya's central highlands, features rainforests, bamboo groves, moorlands, and waterfalls. Wildlife includes black rhinos, elephants, leopards, hogs, black and white colobus monkeys, and bongo antelope.
Day 4: Breakfast and a morning game drive are followed by transfer to Nakuru Sarova Lionhill Lodge at Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch and an overnight stay. There is free time after lunch, then a game drive, and dinner.
Lake Nakuru National Park is known for its birdlife, particularly pink flamingos, and supports populations of black and southern white rhinos, lions, giraffes, elephants, hyenas, baboons, and other species.
Day 5: Breakfast is followed by travel to Mara Maisha Camp at Maasai Mara National Park, with lunch upon arrival. An afternoon game drive is provided before dinner.
Maasai Mara National Park is recognized for the annual “Great Migration” and contains a variety of wildlife. It is one of Kenya’s most frequently visited parks.
Days 6 and 7: Game drives take place before breakfast. After breakfast, free time is available until lunch, or there is an option to visit a Maasai Village. Afternoon game drives follow lunch, concluding with dinner. Arrangements can be made for extended morning drives with packed breakfasts.
Day 8: Breakfast and a game drive are followed by transfer to Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Lunch and rest times are included. Boat rides on the lake are available, providing opportunities to view hippos and birds such as fish eagles, pelicans, and kingfishers.
Day 9: Breakfast is served, marking the final day of the safari unless extending to Amboseli National Park. Departure for Nairobi follows a morning boat ride on the lake providing an opportunity to view hippos and birds such as fish eagles, pelicans, and kingfishers.
